Creating a blog is never going to be a tough task . All you have to do is just sign up for a free service from a web space provider such as blogger or wordpress . The next thing after creating a blog is to give it a good look .Even this is not going to be a tough task these days . You can find numerous readymade designs for your blog , just select the one which suits best to your needs . Never neglect the design of the blog as it creates the first impression to your readers - A great design is always a plus for any blog . So make it a point .
Now you are ready for writing content , writing a content on various topics doesn't attract your visitors so try to be more specific and start writing a content on a particular field or the topics which are inter related . Here i have to mention a point - " never try to copy the content from other blogs " . Write your own content every time because cloning the content is not good idea to improve your blog . The main reason behind this is google doesn't catch repeated content on web . Google always likes newly posted content and it ranks such pages high than those others with duplicate content - so make a note of it.
As for the content itself , it has to be written in the way it attracts visitors . This means you have to deal with the topics which makes people more interesting and as i already mentioned never go beyond your topic . Updating your blog regulary is the most important criteria . It means that you don't have to write tons of posts each week . Try to write 7 to 10 posts of unique content per week untill you get certain amount of traffic (I'll tell you later about how to get that traffic). Then you may reduce it to 3 to 5 per week if that has a real quality in it .
Well , your job is not yet over with writing content. It's just half done. You have plenty of importants things to do to make it a successful high traffic blog .
